Where is One With Nature Natural Products based?
Not far from where soap was invented over two thousand years ago, One With Nature soaps are manufactured just outside Amman, Jordan. Many of our ingredients are sourced locally, including salts and muds for our line of Dead Sea products. Our main offices are in Washington, DC.
How long has One With Nature been in business?
In the spring of 2004, One With Nature was launched to bring high-quality Dead Sea mineral soaps to the US natural foods and grocery markets. Our parent company is the Madaen Company which produces bar and other specialty soap products for consumers in Europe and the Mediterranean region.
Known for its high quality ingredients, the Madaen Company was founded in 1997 by a family with a 50-plus year soap-making tradition. The Madaen Company boasts several successful brands including the popular AURA beauty soap which combines arnica, tea tree and peach oil along with aloe vera and vitamins E, A and F into its product line.
What is your position on the use of natural ingredients?
At One With Nature, we believe that creating a natural bar soap means choosing only the highest quality plant and mineral-based ingredients. Further, it means producing and packaging our soaps in a manner that shows respect for our planet and the people and animals living on it.
With this philosophy in mind, we have developed our soaps with a 100% vegetable base and do not use artificial colors, fragrances or animal ingredients of any kind. Our eye-catching colors result from a blend of plant and naturally-occurring mineral pigments found in the diverse climate zones of the region. Our products are never animal tested and our packaging incorporates recycled and biodegradable materials.
